Notify by Join User

1. Download sounds_notify.zip und extrahiere es nach c:\Progra~1\Pichat
2. modifiziere die GUI Sounds-Section in der pichat.ini [notepad.exe %appdata%\pichat\pichat.ini]
3. restart Pichat

	SoundEffect2=CHAT_PONG, *, default

• Install VLC-Player
